Totem pole for Focus 23 presents PRIS exhibition. Hand drawn then transferred using celluose thinners. Continuing with the totem pole theme but using lithography, three colour experimental print photos coming soon...


Masks made for fun, have since flocked them - the rabbit is red and the deer purple, going to add gold leaf, bronze wire and eyelashes....hopefully won't look too creepy.

Screen printed poster for the National Maritime Museum's 'Maritime London' exhibition. One colour, very dark matt purple.

Sound of Silence

Alex Rubens project, very open brief, only restriction was to not use any sound, decided to use sky lanterns due to their silent and tranquil nature.

We wanted to set lots off but due to weather conditions and fear of setting Peckham Rye on fire we only managed one at a time.

Ireland

The beginning of our ' Ireland Typeface' sad to say it didn't get much further than this, maybe start a 'My Travels' typeface?

Canvas bag for Barbican Bazaar and Design Derby

Dog in a jumper canvas bag, made for the Design Derby at the Sun & Doves pub in December and the £3 Barbican Bazaar also in December.

Magical Museum Germ Drawings

Pen drawings for the Magical Museum project, based on drawings found from the Wellcome Collection archive of disease in the 1800's. Later made into a screen print for a poster for the National Maritime Museum.

Hampstead Heath - Wayfinder

Photographs from Hampstead Heath on a particularly miserable Sunday for the Wayfinder brief. Photographs to be used for projecting onto buildings in central London, from Covent Garden to Oxford Circus, mapping a five minute walk and representing the amount of urbanisation and lack of green spaces in the inner city.

Canning Town

Photographs from Canning Town for Beyond the Boundaries brief a very desolate, industrial and transitional place.

Sound Into Vision

Sound into Vision final piece, laser cut plastic letters hung and lit, representing the typographical elements drawn from a 20 second sound recording.
